Brainard Rivet Company is a world-class, cold-headed manufacturer of Small Diameter Fasteners, Large Rivets, Shoulder Rivets, Drilled Products (Clevis Pins), Knurled Pins, Grooved Pins, Threaded Pins and Special Shaved Fasteners for the Agriculture, Distributor, Energy, Furniture, Healthcare, Mining, Railroad, Transportation (Auto/Truck) and General Metalworking Industries. Brainard Rivet Company’s quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
Founded in 1916, Brainard Rivet is an Employee-Owned Company (ESOP). We purchased the facilities, manufacturing equipment, and processes from Camcar/Textron on May 1, 1998, and are now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fastener Industries. Fastener Industries was formed in 1905 and has been an ESOP since 1980, one of the earliest 100% Employee-Owned Companies in the state of Ohio.
